Community Outreach

The Crime Prevention Unit partners proactively with the community, other municipal departments and the school district. Our officers meet regularly with individuals and groups in an effort to promote awareness of crime trends, address concerns and suggest strategies that will keep our community safe. Officers assigned to this unit conduct security surveys, present education and safety programs in our schools and liaison with other government entities.
